Who we are
Starting USA Corporation is a business-to-business (B2B) small business that manufactures assemblies and components for manufacturers of outdoor power equipment. If a small engine was made in the U.S., more than likely, it has one of our components on it. Our primary production operations include; assembly, metal stamping, flat spring forming, resistance welding, and powder coat.
Custom built production lines for high volume products and cellular manufacturing for meeting lower volumes and service demands. Through continuous improvement efforts, our team optimizes each process for quality to create a robust production solution.
15 presses ranging from 75 to 500 tons with bed sizes up to 132” in length to serve larger progressive dies and material widths up to 24". This experienced staff's strengths range from bending and forming to extrusion and deep drawing. Materials include cold rolled, hot rolled, galvanized, galvanneal, aluminized, aluminum, bi-metal and stainless steel.
We typically stamp over 20 million components each year and maintain customer quality and our efficiency with dedicated Tool & Die technicians. Tooling integrity is maintained using specified preventative maintenance schedules based on key part features and usage, coupled with first and last piece inspections.
